Mr. Carlton Barclay with over 25 years of experience in banking and finance was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Community & Workers of Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union Limited
(C&WJCCUL) by the Board of Directors on January 2, 2017. Carlton retired on March 31, 2022.
